professional experience

Ken joined HallMark IP directly from grammar school and qualifies as the company's longest serving member. With 36 years service Ken is well known to many of HallMark IP's clients and has worked on virtually every area of the office including stints with the accounts and IT departments!

However, he has reverted to his prime function of attending to trade mark prosecution matters where he has wide experience in all facets of the work. As a former head of the Post-Registration Department he has a wealth of knowledge in relation to renewals, assignments, licences, changes of name/address and mergers - both of companies and trade mark registrations.

These skills combine to provide clients with an overview of their trade mark portfolio.  This does not necessarily lead to portfolio extension as, on occasions, it is preferable to adopt a 'shrink to fit' policy. Ken would welcome any enquiries in this regard.
