Mike obtained his accountancy qualification with the practice of Kingston Smith.

 

He joined HallMark IP in 1999 from the Chambers of Mr I E Jacob in the Temple where he spent 8 years as Practice Manager, having previously worked for 7 years in finance and sales & marketing roles for a commercial stationery company - OfficeBase Ltd.

 

He is Group Financial Director and Company Secretary and a member of the Executive Committee responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm.

 

Mike is also a Non-Executive Director of the Buckinghamshire Building Society.

personal interests

Mike's interests are mainly sport related, being a keen spectator of cricket, football and rugby. He still plays cricket regularly, to a reasonable standard, and is Treasurer of his local village cricket club.

 

Mike is Chairman of the Chalfont St. Giles Parish Council and in 2008 was elected to Chiltern District Council.
