Katrina first became involved in IT at HallMark IP in 1997 finding solutions for linking word processing to our trade mark records management system.
She moved to the full time role of IT Co-ordinator in 1998. Katrina now has overall responsibility for all facets of administration, maintenance and support relating to our IT systems.
Katrina works closely with Patrix AB, suppliers of Hallmark IP's trade mark records management software to ensure optimum utilisation and smooth running of the systems.
She is the first point of contact in relation to all IT queries both internally and externally and will ensure that speedy solutions are found to any issues raised.
personal interests
Being a mother of three sons, Katrina has learned to be impartial when their rival football teams are playing each other and tries to keep up to date with their latest trends.
She enjoys her garden and finds the hard work required a source of relaxation after a long day in the office. Katrina is a keen spectator of sport and particularly enjoys rugby, football, tennis and athletics.
