Our Fees

We believe in having a transparent charging structure so you are aware of the costs involved at each stage of securing and enforcing protection for your IP rights.

 

Our charges consist of a mixture of fixed fees - for work that is primarily administrative or procedural - and time based charges - for work of a more advisory nature. Our hourly rates range from £150 - £260. 

 

Unlike many of our competitors we do not charge clients for secretarial time or sundry administrative costs such as photocopying or postage.

 

We also offer clients free remote access to our system to enable them to monitor the progress of their applications or to check the status of their registrations.

 

We work closely with our clients to provide them with meaningful projections of expected future costs when they prepare their annual IP budgets.
