Community Trade Mark Fee Reduction

Effective - 1st May 2009

 

A package of fee changes for the Community Trade Mark, delivering a 40% reduction in official  fees came into effect on 1 May 2009.

 

There is now a single all-in-one official application fee, set slightly higher than the previous application fee, but there is no longer a registration fee.

 

Following the fee change, HallMark's overall costs for a Community registration is just £1810*, a reduction of £545. Such a registration currently covers 27 Member States. For details see Resources and Quick Reference.
