With registered designs the timescale required from filing to registration is short, sometimes as little as two months.

We can prepare and file applications for registered designs in the UK and Europe, via the Registered Community Design (RCD) system.  In addition we can seek protection for registered designs, or its equivalent, where it is available around the world, through our extensive network of overseas attorneys.

 

The examination process for designs is relatively simple but in the event that an objection is raised we can make appropriate representations at the designs office and will ensure that all actions are taken within the specified deadlines.
