invalidity

A registered design may be invalid for a number of reasons, for example if it is not new or does not have individual character when compared to other relevant designs or it has been disclosed to the public in certain circumstances.

We can defend you registered design if it is attacked on any grounds of invalidity and can also file invalidity proceedings on your behalf in relation to third party designs which conflict with your rights.
