Registered Design Rights generally last for 25 years if you renew it every 5 years.

We will remind you of renewal deadlines and can process renewals for any registrations of interest to you throughout the world.  We see renewals as an opportunity to meet with you and review your portfolio to ensure that it reflects your current commercial interests.

 

Our approach to renewals is tailored to your requirements.  Reminders are typically sent out six months in advance of the first renewal, in batches covering the twelve months ahead.   But at HallMark IP we are flexible, you tell us how you would like your renewals to be handled and it will be done.
