collective marks

A collective mark is used to distinguish goods and services of members of an association from goods and services of non members.

Collective marks can be used by the registered proprietor of the mark if he meets the requirements of the regulations governing use of the mark.

HallMark IP files applications for collective marks, advising you on the registrability of the mark and drafting acceptable regulations governing the use of the collective mark where necessary.
